Can I return or exchange an item after it arrives?
If for any reason you want to exchange an item or return it and get your money back, you must contact us by email or phone within 14 days.
We can exchange or refund items that have not been used and are undamaged/defective – clean, free of stains and odors, and with the label on them.
Therefore, it is recommended to measure bras after a shower and with nursing pads to prevent staining from milk or deodorant.
How can I exchange an item?
After contacting us, you must pack the item in a package and send it to us.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will ship the new product to you in the same manner as the original product you purchased from us.
The cost of shipping the item to us will be paid by the customer.

No refunds will be given for shipping fees. The credit will be made to the credit card from which the purchase was made, minus a cancellation fee – 5% of the purchase amount.
